Terms of service
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms apply to aevoralabs.in and to Smart Clinic, the AI receptionist AEVORA LABS ("we") provides to clinics. By using the website or the service, you agree to them. A clinic's subscription may also have a separate written agreement; if it does, that agreement wins where the two differ.
1. What Smart Clinic does
Smart Clinic answers patients on WhatsApp for a clinic: it books, moves and cancels appointments, sends reminders and follow-ups, answers basic questions about the clinic, and passes other questions to the clinic's staff.
2. Not medical advice
Smart Clinic is an administrative assistant. It does not give medical advice, diagnoses or treatment, and must not be relied on for them. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
3. The clinic's responsibilities
- Keep its doctors, timings, fees and FAQs correct in the dashboard.
- Check the dashboard and respond to staff handovers and emergencies promptly.
- Use the service lawfully, including the DPDP Act 2023, and only for its own patients.
- Keep staff passwords private.
4. AI limitations
Replies are written by AI and can occasionally be wrong or unclear. Bookings are made only into the clinic's real free slots, and staff can see every chat. The clinic stays responsible for patient care and for confirming anything important.
5. Plans, fees and cancellation
Plans are monthly and include setup, as agreed in writing. Either side can cancel with notice before the next monthly period. Fees already paid for the current month aren't refunded unless agreed otherwise. Third-party costs that depend on usage, such as WhatsApp message fees, are passed on as agreed.
6. Demo
The public demo uses made-up data. Don't enter real patient details in it. Demo data may be reset at any time.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Smart Clinic running at all times, but it depends on third parties (WhatsApp, AI and hosting providers) and may sometimes be unavailable. If the AI is unavailable, patients get a polite message and the clinic's staff are alerted.
8. Data
How personal data is handled is described in our privacy policy. The clinic owns its patient and appointment data and can ask for an export.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made from AI replies. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees paid for that month.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of have jurisdiction.
